What is it?

The Phones4Work User Dashboard will allow you to make some basic changes to the devices under your care without needing to open a support ticket with Phones4Work.

What changes can I make?

• Enabling and disabling certain apps. Some of the apps that can be enabled and disabled include the Play Store, Gmail, Cloudveil, Chrome etc. 

• Password protecting the Play Store. 

• Install Everaccountable Sideload Version. Install and update the special sideload version of Everaccountable directly from the Everaccountable website.

• Other misc tasks such as locating a lost device, removing screen lock passwords etc.

Who can use the Dashboard?

Only the primary account holder will be given access to the dashboard.

Can I have a custom task added to the dashboard for my device?

Most likely. Open a Support Ticket with your specific request and we will evaluate it. If it is something we can do there will be a minimum $15.00 fee for basic tasks. Complex tasks will be billed at our normal hourly rate of $65.00/hour.

What is the cost?

There will be a one time setup fee of $10.00 per device on your account. Setting up replacement devices will also incur this fee.
